Order details — delivery addresses, recipient names and phone numbers, gift messages, and your order history.
Payment information — processed securely by our licensed payment provider, Tap Payments. We never see or store your full card number. If you choose to save a card, only a secure token issued by the payment provider is kept.
Usage data — pages visited and device information, used to keep the site secure and improve it.

How we use it

To process and deliver your orders and send order updates by email.
To operate your account, loyalty points and subscriptions.
To respond to your enquiries and provide customer support.
To send marketing emails only if you subscribed — every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Sharing

We share information only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our delivery team and drivers (recipient name, address, phone), our payment provider (transaction details), and service providers that host our systems. We never sell your personal data.

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Data is retained while your account is active; you may request deletion of your account at any time from your account settings, after which your personal details are erased while legally required transaction records are retained anonymously.
