At Heaven Garden, we take great care to ensure every bouquet and arrangement is fresh, beautiful, and delivered with love. Since flowers are perishable items, our return and replacement policy is designed to balance product quality with fair customer service.
1. Returns
• Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
• If you are dissatisfied with your order for any valid reason (e.g., damaged flowers, wrong item, poor quality), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Replacements
We will provide a replacement order (at no additional cost) if:
• The flowers delivered were damaged or wilted upon arrival.
• The product received was significantly different from what was ordered.
• The order was incomplete or incorrect.
Conditions for replacement:
• You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Clear photos of the product must be shared with our team for verification.
• Replacement is subject to availability. If the exact product is unavailable, we may substitute with similar flowers of equal or higher value.
3. Refunds
Refunds may be issued at our discretion in the following cases:
• We are unable to fulfill your order.
• The order was canceled within the eligible cancellation period of 1 hour before delivery.
• A replacement cannot be arranged due to lack of availability.
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 3 to 4 business days.
4. Non-Eligible Cases
We cannot offer returns, replacements, or refunds in the following situations:
• If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery and the flowers are left with a neighbor/security/alternative contact.
• If incorrect delivery information (address, phone number, recipient details) was provided by the customer.
• Complaints made beyond 24 hours of delivery.
